Guidelines & Application Process
The Harder Foundation has an invitation-only application process and does not accept unsolicited letters of inquiry or proposals. Program staff will actively seek proposals from potential grantees. An invitation to submit a proposal is not an indication that the proposal will be approved. Invitations for proposals in 2010 will be made in the second half of the year.
