Deadlines
Invitations for proposals will be made in the second half of 2011. The postmark deadline for proposals is September 16, 2011. Grant decisions will be made in early November, and payments will be made before Thanksgiving.
Unless otherwise specified in the grant agreement, reports on grants made in 2010 will have a postmark deadline of August 19, 2011.
