This year, because our Executive Director will be on sabbatical during the grant reporting and renewal process, we have streamlined our requirements to ensure that we can manage the information and decision-making process as quickly and efficiently as possible.
1) If you receive an invitation to renew your grant for our 2018 Spring grant cycle, you will need to provide us with both a report from your 2017 grant and a renewal proposal, both by April 20, 2018.

This is to ensure that your materials will be read and considered before Kay leaves on May 4.
2) Please submit both your reporting and proposal materials, in separate emails, to email@example.com, with the subject line: [your organization name] Grant Report for 2017; or [your organization name] Grant Proposal for 2018. Your entire email with attachments should not exceed 20 MB. Our system cannot accept larger files.
3) Harder Foundation Trustees will consider your proposals, make decisions and distribute grant awards by the end of June.
