Grant Reporting Guidelines

All proposals and reports are submitted through our online portal.


  •  Applicants will be invited to apply by email approximately 1 month prior to the application deadline.
  • If it is your organization’s first time applying, the primary contact    associated with your organization should receive an email with instructions for setting up an account prior to receiving your invitation.


  • The reporting window opens about 6 weeks prior to the report deadline; your organization’s primary contact will receive an email notification when it opens.
  • Please ensure your primary contact information is updated and accurate before the reporting window opens.

The Harder Foundation does not accept unsolicited proposals.
